The food and Beverage Manager supports the onboard team inclduing the director of food and beverage and Hotel Director to oversee the delivery of up to 20,000 meals per day.

The Onboard F&B service teams can extend to 400 plus employees with a high level of diversity. Each employee is expected to carry out their duties in in a world class manner to create a memorable journey for our guests.

Adheres to Boutique standard operating procedures, has complete understanding of policies and procedures and is capable of instructing team members.
